With a pedigree of jewelers going back two generations, Phillip had a strong affinity to jewelry at a young age. He remembers picking up ruby and diamond

rings in his father’s home office as a boy. His travels through his younger years opened his eyes to the beauty of the world, and as a university student he moved

to Florence, Italy where he studied the art and history of the Renaissance. In nearby towns of Arezzo, and Vicenza he worked with Italian artisans to learn the

trade. Today, everything about Phillip Gavriel comes from the heart, his heart as a matter of fact. Each collection tells a story. Each piece reminds him of a place
